CIVIL AVIATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 25 of 1990 - SECT 4

4. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:

"(2) In developing standards, the Authority must, so far as it is:

   (a)  reasonably practicable to do so; and

   (b)  consistent with the Authority's obligations under section 11; have
        regard to any costs that would arise from complying with the
        standards.".
