CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 64 of 1976 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 11, and section 15, so far only as it amends sections
4 and 103B of the Principal Act, shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining amendments made by, and other provisions of, this Act shall
come into operation on such respective dates as are fixed by Proclamation, and
such a Proclamation may apply to a part of an amendment.
