CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 64 of 1976 - SECT 9

Reference of industrial questions to Full Bench of Commission.

9. Section 88ZF of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(2) all the words down to and including the words ''may apply'' and
substituting the words ''Where an industrial question is being dealt with
under this Part, a party to the proceedings in respect of the industrial
question or the Minister may apply''.
