CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1976

No. 160 of 1976 An Act to make Provison for the Transfer of Jurisdiction under
the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904 from the Australian Industrial Court
to the Federal Court of Australia and for the Abolition of the first-
mentioned Court.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act
(No. 3) 1976.*1*
