COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 192 of 1985 - SECT 109

Priority of employees' claims over floating charges

109. Section 446 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) "paragraphs 441 (e) and (g)" and
        substituting "paragraph 441 (1) (e), (g) or (ga)"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) "441 (e) or (g)" and substituting "441
        (1) (e), (g) or (ga)".
