COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 192 of 1985 - SECT 55

55. Section 134 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:

"(6) In determining, for the purposes of a provision of this Division, whether
or not a person's contravention of such a provision was due to the person's
inadvertence or mistake or to the person not being aware of a relevant fact or
occurrence, a person's ignorance of, or a mistake on the person's part
concerning, a matter of law shall be disregarded.".
