COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 192 of 1985 - SECT 79

79. After section 266F of the Principal Act the following section is inserted
in Division 1 of Part VI: Annual report

"266G. (1) The Board shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June, and in any
event before 31 October, in each year -

   (a)  prepare a report describing the operations of the Board during the
        year that ended on 30 June in that year;

   (b)  furnish the report to the Ministerial Council; and

   (c)  furnish to the Minister a copy of the report.

"(2) Where a copy of a report is furnished to the Minister under sub-section
(1), the Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before each
House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the
first-mentioned copy is received by him.".
