COMPANIES AND SECURITIES LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1985 No. 192 of 1985 - SECT 93

Determination of objection to admissibility of statement

93. Section 303 of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from sub-section (2) "questions and answers" (wherever
occurring) and substituting "statements"; and
(b) by omitting from sub-section (3) "question and answer" and substituting

"statement".
