1  Subsection 4AA(1) (definition of penalty unit )

Omit "$180", substitute "$210".

2  Subsection 4AA(3)

Omit "1 July 2018", substitute "1 July 2020".

3  Application of item 1

The amendment made by item 1 of this Schedule applies in relation to an offence committed on or after the commencement of this item.
