COMMONWEALTH BANK SALE ACT 1995 No. 161 of 1995 - SECT 16

16. If, immediately before the transfer time, a particular period of
employment of a person by a Bank body was a period of eligible employment for
the purposes of Division 3 of Part IX of the DFRDB Act, that period of
employment continues to be a period of eligible employment for the purposes of
that Division.
