COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYMENT (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1992 No. 95 of 1992 - SECT 27
Application of Division
27. This Division has effect despite the repeal of Part VIII of the Principal
Act and, unless the contrary intention appears in this Division, despite
anything in Part VIIIA of the Principal Act as amended by Division 2 of this
Part.
