Canned Fruits Levy Amendment Act 1984 No. 149 of 1984 - SECT 3

3. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definition of

"season" and substituting the following definition:

" 'season' means-

   (a)  the period of 12 months that commenced on 1 January 1980;

   (b)  each of the 3 next succeeding periods of 12 months;

   (c)  the period that commenced on 1 January 1984 and ended on 30 November
        1984;

   (d)  the period of 12 months commencing on 1 December 1984; and

   (e)  each succeeding period of 12 months.".
