COMMONWEALTH FUNDS MANAGEMENT LIMITED ACT 1990 No. 13 of 1991 - SECT 11

11. After the commencement of this Part:

   (a)  the Company is a company registered under the Companies Act 1981; and
(b) the Company's name is "Commonwealth Funds Management Limited"; and

   (c)  the Company is a public company, and a company limited by shares,
        within the meaning of that Act; and

   (d)  that Act applies, subject to this Act, in relation to the Company.
