COMMONWEALTH FUNDS MANAGEMENT LIMITED ACT 1990 No. 13 of 1991 - SECT 20

20. (1) In spite of anything to the contrary in any law of a State or
Territory, a protected body may operate under a protected business name in
that State or Territory even if the name is not registered in relation to the
body under that law or any other law of the State or Territory.

(2) Nothing in this section permits more than one body to operate under the
same name at the same time in the same State or Territory.
