COMPLAINTS (AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 166 of 1994 - SECT 19

19. After section 88 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Offence of victimisation

"88A. A person must not cause, or threaten to cause, detriment to another
person ('the victim') on the ground that the victim, or any other person:

   (a)  has made or might make a complaint under this Act; or

   (b)  has given or might give a document or other information to a person
        under this Act. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.".
