COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 119 of 1985 - SECT 8

8. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ", otherwise than as a member, and in
common with other members, of an incorporated company which
consists of not less than 25 persons and of which he is not a director,";
and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (4) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

"(4) A disclosure under sub-section (3) shall be recorded in the
minutes of the meeting of the Commission and the Commissioner shall
not -

   (a)  be present during any deliberation of the Commission with
respect to that matter; or

   (b)  take part in any decision of the Commission with respect to
that matter.".
