CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 120 of 1987 - SECT 56

Interpretation 
56. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Part" from
paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of "agency" in subsection (1) and
substituting "Parts IIA and".
