COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 69 of 1987 - SECT 8
Hedging contracts etc.
8. Section 38AAA of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "45" from the
definition of "proposed borrowing or raising of money" in subsection (5) and
substituting "45A".
