COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 69 of 1987 - SECT 9
Policy of Commission
9. Section 38A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (3) "or with the approval of the Minister under subsection 34C
(1)".
