CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 28 of 1991 - SECT 22

Special provisions in relation to reports of suspect transactions 
22. Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (1) (a) "or";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; or (d) where the officer is a customs officer - the Comptroller- General of
Customs".
