CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 28 of 1991 - SECT 68

68. Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (3) "using equipment" and substituting "the
use of equipment or a line";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (4) (a) "used to intercept" and substituting
"or a line used in the interception of";

   (c)  by adding at the end of paragraph (4) (b) "or line".
