CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 28 of 1991 - SECT 9

9. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "or a Deputy Commissioner";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(2) The Commissioner may grant leave of absence to a Deputy Commissioner on
such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Commissioner
determines.".
