CUSTOMS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 209 of 1992 - SECT 11

11. Section 69 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) In this section:
'like customable goods' means:

   (a)  goods to which section 68 applies that are classified under a
        subheading specified in column 1 of the Table to section 26 of the
        Customs Tariff Act  1987 ; and

   (b)  any other goods that are prescribed for the purposes of this
        section.";
(b) by inserting in paragraph (5)(c) "or 71L" after "71K".
