CUSTOMS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 209 of 1992 - SECT 12

Special clearance goods 
12. Section 70 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (7)(a) "or 71L" after "71K";
(b) by inserting in paragraph (7)(b) "or sales tax" after "duty".
