CUSTOMS LEGISLATION (ANTI-DUMPING AMENDMENTS) ACT 1992 No. 207 of 1992 - SECT 10

Comptroller to have regard to same considerations as Minister in certain circumstances

10. Section 269TE of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1)(d) "subsection 8(5A), 8(5AA), 9(5A), 10(5A), 10(5AA) or 11(5A)" and
substituting " subsection 8(5A), 8(5B), 9(5A), 10(3C), 10(3D) or 11(5)".
