CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 4 of 1990 - SECT 52

52. After section 40 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted
VI: Consultants

"40A. (1) The Director may engage, under written agreements, persons having
suitable qualifications and experience to perform services as consultants to
the Agency.

"(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons mentioned in subsection
(1) are such as the Director determines from time to time.''.
