Power to call for returns
PART IV-MISCELLANEOUS
25. An authorized person may, by notice in writing given, or sent by post, to
a person, require the person to furnish to him, within such time (being not
less than 14 days after receipt of the notice) as is specified in the notice,
such return or information in relation to matters relevant to the operation of
this Act as is specified in the notice, including a return or information
verified by statutory declaration.
