CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 20

20.(1) If a person becomes a member of a registered family, that person or any
other member of the family may apply to the Commission for a variation in the
registration to add the new family member, and the Commission must vary the
registration accordingly.

(2) If a person ceases to be a member of a registered family, that person or
any other member of the family may apply to the Commission for a variation in
the registration to delete that person's name, and the Commission must vary
the registration accordingly. Note: Refusals to vary registrations under this
section are reviewable under Division 3 of Part 5.
