CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 25

25.(1) This Part is about when registered families can claim the childcare
rebate, and how claims are made.

(2) Division 1 is about the requirements relating to the provision of child
care for dependent children of registered families.

(3) Division 2 is about the requirements of work, training or study
commitments for parental members of registered families.

(4) Division 3 is about the process of claiming the childcare rebate.
