CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 42

42. If the claimant, or another member of the claimant's family, has
previously made any other claims relating to child care provided during that
week, the weekly child care expenditure worked out in respect of the claim
referred to in section 41 is increased by adding to it all the amounts of
weekly child care expenditure, for that week, worked out under section 41 in
respect of all such other claims.
