CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 46

Claims equal to or exceeding the maximum claimable amount
46.(1) If the claimant's weekly child care expenditure for a week equals or
exceeds the claimant's maximum claimable amount for the week, the amount of
childcare rebate payable on the claim in respect of that week is the amount
worked out using the following formula:
0.3 X (Maximum claimable amount - Minimum weekly threshold).

(2) If the claimant, or another member of the claimant's family, has
previously made any other claims relating to child care provided during that
week, the amount of childcare rebate that would otherwise have been payable
under subsection (1) is reduced by the amounts of childcare rebate that have
been paid, or are payable, in respect of such other claims.
