CHILDCARE REBATE ACT 1993 No. 112 of 1993 - SECT 48

48.(1) In addition to the functions of the Commission under the Health 
Insurance Commission Act 1973 , the Commission has such additional functions
as are conferred on the Commission under this Act.

(2) Anything done by or on behalf of the Commission in the performance of such
additional functions is taken, for all purposes, to have been done in the
performance of its functions under the Health Insurance Commission Act 1973.
