CHILD SUPPORT ACT 1988 No. 3 of 1988 - SECT 113

113. Debts due to the Commonwealth under this Act (other than under section 
79): 

   (a)  are payable to the Registrar in the manner and at the place
        prescribed; and

   (b)  may be sued for and recovered in any court of competent jurisdiction
        by the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar suing in his or her official
        name.
