CHILD SUPPORT ACT 1988 No. 3 of 1988 - SECT 114

114. The regulations may, subject to section 70, make provision with respect
to the application of payments received by the Registrar in cases in which the
persons making the payments do not specify or indicate with reasonable
certainty the manner in which the payments are to be applied.
