CHILD SUPPORT ACT 1988 No. 3 of 1988 - SECT 20

Arrangements with States, Northern Territory and Norfolk Island for transfer of liabilities

20. The Governor-General may make arrangements with the Governor of a State or
the Administrator of the Northern Territory or Norfolk Island for the transfer
to the Child Support Register of collection agency maintenance liabilities of
the State or Territory.
