CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 168

168. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(1) The Registrar may, in writing, delegate all or any of the Registrar's
powers or functions under this Act to:

   (a)  a Deputy Registrar; or

   (b)  the Secretary; or

   (c)  an officer or employee of:

        (i)    the branch of the Australian Public Service under the direct
               control of the Registrar (whether as Registrar or
               Commissioner); or

        (ii)   the Department of Social Security.".
