CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 182

182. Section 104 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5) " subsections 44
        (2)
and (3) and 88 (1)" and substituting " this Act";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (7) " subsection 44 (2) or (3) or 88 (1)"
and substituting "this Act".
