CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 22
Exclusion of certain children from coverage of Act
22. (1) The regulations may provide that children who are in the custody of,
or under the guardianship, care and control or supervision of, a person under
a child welfare law are not eligible children.
(2) Sections 19, 20 and 21 have effect subject to any regulations made under
subsection (1).
