CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 No. 124 of 1989 - SECT 78

78. An amount of child support payable in relation to a day in any month is
due and payable:

   (a)  on the 7th day of the following month; or

   (b)  on the 30th day after the liable parent concerned was given a notice
        of assessment under section 76 specifying the annual and daily rates
        of child support in relation to that day; whichever is the later.
