CFM SALE ACT 1996 No. 58 of 1996 - SECT 55

(1) The Chief Executive Officer (however described) of a CFM body that was a
Commonwealth authority immediately before the body's sale day must notify
Comcare, within 28 days after the sale day, of the amount of salary, wages or
pay paid to employees of the CFM body in the pre-sale day period.

(2) In this section: pre-sale day period means the period starting on 1 July
in the financial year in which a CFM body's sale day occurs and ending on the
day before the sale day.
