Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsA security officer or an authorised court officer may refuse a person entry to court premises, or direct a person to leave court premises, if:
(a) a security officer or an authorised court officer has made a request of the person under Division 2; and
(b) the person does not comply with the request.
