CYBER SECURITY ACT 2024 (NO. 98, 2024) - SECT 47

Board may discontinue a review

  (1)   The Board may discontinue a review at any time.

  (2)   The Board must, within 28 days of discontinuing a review, publish in any way the Board considers appropriate notice of the review being discontinued.
