Customs Securities (Anti-Dumping) Amendment Act 1982 No. 137 of 1982 - SECT 6

6. (1) Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following paragraph:

''(p) decisions under section 42 of the Customs Act 1901 to require and take
securities in respect of duty that may be payable under the Customs  Tariff
(Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 .''.

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies only in relation to
decisions made after the commencement of this Act.
