COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 95 of 1989 - SECT 24

Application by proprietor of home for patient classification 
24. Section 40AFD of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "When" and substituting "Subject to
section 40AFJ, when";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (2) "The" and substituting "Subject to
        section 40AFJ, the".
