COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 106 of 1990 - SECT 6

6. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsections (1) and
(2) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, approve the making of
grants to the operator of an eligible child care centre to assist the operator
to meet the operating expenses of the centre in respect of each quarter while
the approval is in force.".
