COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 3 of 1990 - SECT 27

Approval of admission to approved nursing home

27. Section 40AB of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "shall" and substituting "may"; and

   (b)  by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

"(2A) A certificate given under subsection (2) is to be taken into account by
the Minister in considering an application.".
