COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 141 of 1990 - SECT 27
Medicare benefit not payable in respect of services rendered in prescribed circumstances
27. Section 19A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:
"(2) Regulations relating to professional services other than pathology
services may not be made under subsection (1) except in accordance with a
recommendation made to the Minister by the Medicare Benefits Advisory
Committee.".
