COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990 No. 141 of 1990 - SECT 67

67. Section 84L of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "a concession card or" after "issue";
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) "the entitlement card" and substituting

"such a card";
(c) by inserting in subsection (2) "a concession card or" after "include in";
(d) by inserting in subsection (4) "84DA (5) or" after "subsection".
