COMMONWEALTH SERVICES DELIVERY AGENCY ACT 1997 No. 31 of 1997 - SECT 24
24 Remuneration and allowances of certain appointed members
(1) An appointed member is to be paid the remuneration determined by the
Remuneration Tribunal. However, if no such determination is in operation, an
appointed member is to be paid the remuneration prescribed by the regulations.
(2) An appointed member is to be paid the allowances prescribed by the
regulations.
(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
