COMMONWEALTH SERUM LABORATORIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 7 of 1980 - SECT 19

19. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) "and" (last occurring);

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (b) ", not being amounts paid by way of loan
under section 34 or 34A or by way of reimbursement under section 38," after
"amounts";

   (c)  by inserting after paragraph (b) the following word and paragraph:



"and (c) any amounts transferred from the general reserve of the Commission to
the capital account of the Commission in pursuance of directions given under
sub-section (2),"; and

   (d)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-sections:



"(2) The Minister may direct the Commission to transfer a specified amount
from its general reserve to its capital account, and the Commission shall
comply with such a direction.



"(3) In giving a direction under sub-section (2), the Minister shall have
regard to any advice that the Commission has furnished to him in relation to
its financial affairs.".
